Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship fully insured, worldwide! You will not be charged for shipping costs at time of checkout and will be invoiced via email only after you make the purchase. If you would like a shipping quote beforehand, I am happy to help. Email me with what you’d like to order and the address it would be shipped to and I’ll get back to you with an estimate as soon as possible.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship out within 3 to 5 business days of being placed. Once it ships and you receive an email with tracking number. Once en route, shipping times vary, please check your tracking number with the chosen carrier to receive updates on delivery times.

If you need something in a hurry, please reach out and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.

Most items include domestic shipping but in the case that shipping charges are not covered in your order, please be aware of our abandoned order policy:

All orders with outstanding, unpaid shipping invoices for more than 90-days past date of issue will be considered abandoned by the purchaser. Trash Lamb Gallery reserves the right to dispose of all abandoned purchases at the gallery’s own discretion.

Purchaser will not be refunded for any abandoned orders and relinquishes all rights of ownership of any and all items left with unpaid shipping invoices beyond 90-days from date of invoice.

What if my purchase arrives broken or defective?

Contact the gallery within 48 hours of delivery. If the package is in your possesion longer we cannot take it up with the carrier to hold them responsible for the damages. You must include clear photos of the outer packing and of the damaged item(s).

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

All sales are final.

We can’t accommodate any return or exchange requests. In the event that your purchase arrives damaged, please see above.
